It is pretty to find a book belonging to Abu Al-Saad Al-Aboteji - a famous eulogies writer of Koiak month Virgin eulogies.

Unfortunately it is missing the first & last few leaves, so it is undated. The title page is also missing. 
 
Here are some of the seller information about it: 
"The text is narrated with colloquial spoken language with rhymed prose. The slang is very musical and attractive. 
The manuscript is missing the first 2 leaves and the last part of the book (I do not know how many leaves, so it is not complete and containing 153 leaves with 306 pages. 
It is unbound and the spine is loose. 
The leaves are in good condition with minimal foxing worm holes which makes its age not more than 150 years."

Date: Mr. Rafik mentioned that it belongs to the 15th century A good note is that the name of pope <a href="http://www.calloflove.net/copticlibrary/history/coptichistorym/606.htm" style="font-style: italic;" target="_blank">John XIII</a> (1483-1524 A.D) is mentioned in the hymn Εὐχαῖς. So it may be either dated to the 16th century or this pope's name is added to the MS later. 
Another note, The name of the Pope John is mentioned in the Popes Litany at Page cn?b? so it is probable that the name is added in a late time of transcription. 
 
Language: Greek and Coptic with Arabic Translation. 
The prayer titles are in Arabic or Coptic with Arabic translation.

The seven prayers of the day and night (The Horologion). 
 It contains a kinda strange rites of the prayers that is different from nowadays horologion rite ; for example: a sermon for St. Gregory is written before the Prime hour's psalms - very different prayers after the prime gospel which is different from Morning Doxology too , which is known to be the old text of the prayers after prime gospel.

This manuscript contains many peace giving, asking and prayers of the saints. 
 
I can not read well the name of the monastery where the manuscript belongs, but what I could read is that it belongs to the monastery (Frsena) which is known as St. George monastery.

"وقف على دير ... فرسينه الملقب بدير ماري جرجس" "وقد صار هذا الكتاب وقف مؤبد وحبساً مخلداً على هذا الدير المذكور لا يباع ولا يرهن ولا يخرج عن وقف الدير المذكور بأي وجوه التلاف ومن تعدا واحده بنوع ال.. او خلافه يكون تحت الصليب والمخالف حاله تالف وعلي ابن الطاعة تحل البركة والشكر لله دايماً"

<li>The prayers titles of St. Basil and St. Gregory liturgies are in Arabic except 3 titles are written is Greek.</li>
<li>In St. Basil and St. Gregory liturgies; the rubrics are mostly in Greek with some little Arabic rubrics.</li>
<li>In St. Cyril liturgy; most of the rubrics are in both Greek and Arabic. Some of them are in Arabic only and only one exists in Greek only.</li>
<li>The Responses in St. Basil and St. Gregory are in Greek and Arabic. But it is only in Greek in St. Cyril.</li>

In 1975 <a href="http://hmmlorientalia.wordpress.com/2011/12/13/the-nachlass-of-william-macomber-1921-2008/" target="_blank">William F Macomber</a> announced that he has discovered the Kacmarcik Codex in "Le Muséon" magazine [1]. Then he published part of the Greek text in 1977 in a periodical [2]. 
One year later- 1978, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samir_Khalil_Samir" target="_blank">Samir Khalil Samir</a> - an Egyptian Jesuit priest - published the Arabic translation of the codex according to the Greek manuscript preserved in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biblioth%C3%A8que_nationale_de_France" target="_blank">The National Library of France</a> number 325 in that periodical [3]. 
Macomber found this MS with a man called Frank Kacmarcik in the state <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota" target="_blank">Minnesota </a>of U.S.A.

The importance of that manuscript is that it is the first handwriting book giving the texts of the prayers before the anafora. And it is the first book giving the Greek text of St. Cyril liturgy.

Language: Bohairic Coptic text. Arabic prayers titles and rubrics.

Contents: Priest Prayers of; 
01. Raising of Incense (Vespers then Matins). (Pages 008R-031R-040V) 
02. The Offertory Prayer. (Pages 040V- 048V) 
03. The Liturgy of The Word. (Pages 048V-055V) 
04. Liturgy of St. Basil. (Pages 055V-118V) 
*Some fractions are included beside that of St. Basil liturgy: (086R-105R) 
The short fraction (Al-Wagiza) "V; vhetafer`\mot nan", 
the 1st Lent "`Nqok gar pe V;", 
the Resurrection fraction to The Father "``Vnhb V; pipantokratwr" [1], 
the Nativity "V; pidhmiourgoc" [2], 
a fraction for the virgin-angels & the saints "V; vhetafqamio `n\wb niben", 
and "|hppe efxh neman"[3] . 
05. At the end of the book: The offertory prayer, The 1st Lent fraction (the fraction seems to be added in a later date than that of the book)

**Rarely did the copyist write the rubrics and he only mentioned the major priest prayers. However, the congregation and diakwn responses locations inside the prayers could be noticed as the copyist- sometimes- highlighted the beginning of each new prayer text- with or without spaces or line breaks- by a capital red letter of the starting word.

Date: Unknown. But the name of the pope "Petros" is mentioned in "The Absolution of The Servants" in the page 47R and also in the fathers litany page 57R&72R; 
so the date of transcription may be between (1810-1854)- if the meant pope is the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Peter_VII_of_Alexandria" target="_blank">Pope Petros VII </a>(Al-Gawli), 
or between (1718-1726)- if the meant one is <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Peter_VI_of_Alexandria" target="_blank">Pope Petros VI</a> [4].

Additional Information: 
Each two pages are enumerated with an Arabic numbers in the upper of the right page. The first number appearing in the book is 8. (I think that the book owner put those numbers).

**There is 1 missed page (23 Recto - last part of The Holy Place Litany and the Nature- 3 litanies after the Vesper's Gospel).
It seems that some few pages- may be 2- are missed between 70R and 71V - and about 2 before 108R. [5]

[5] You are easily able to notice the presence of missed pages even if you do not know the full prayers, as the copyist used to write- down each page- about 2 letters of the starting word of the next page. (Check it)

 This very valuable book was published by the late Anba Samu'il The bishop
 of
 <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shibin_el-Qanater" target="_blank">Shibin Al-Qanater</a
 >. 
 
 He used many manuscripts entitled "Tartib Al-Baya ترتيب البيعة" which were
 specific to illustrate the rites of each day of the Coptic year in detail;
 including the gospel responses for Vespers, Matin and the Liturgy. Beside
 the long concluding "Kanoons", "Tawafat", Praxis Responsese, "Mohayer", ...
 etc.

He used the following MSs:

 He published the MSs in a comparative way in a book of 3 volumes entitled
 "Tartib Al-Baya (Church Ritual Order)", with translating some Coptic prayer
 texts in Arabic. 
 Anba Samu'il really deserves respect for this great effort to publish these
 MSs.

Unfortunately I do not obtain any of these MSs, but I got the book and used
 my simple mobile cam to make soft photos of the book pages. Actually I got a
 bad soft copy, but I saw many people asking and searching for that book so I
 published it hoping to get a better copy in a soon coming future. 
 Only these 2 page did I found on the internet entitled "Tartib Al-Baya" MS

 the Gospel response of the 2nd month of Hathor's eve mentioning that it is
 taken from Tartib Al-Baya MS dated 1514 A.D. He mentioned that this MS is
 divided into 2 parts,
 1. 6/280 & 2. 6-279 (Rite), Paramose. But I am not
 sure if it is the one that bishiop Samu'il used since I checked the book for
 the meant Gospel response but found that they are not the same.
